This TCS Canada servo and band-apply upgrade kit is standard equipment in every Thompson Diesel Performance 47RE and 48RE build. Designed to significantly improve band apply force and durability, this kit addresses one of the most common weak points in factory 47/48RE transmissions—especially in towing and high-horsepower applications.

By increasing apply ratio and sealing efficiency, this setup delivers firmer, more consistent shifts while reducing band slip and heat buildup under load.
